Verify the Shopify App Installation on the published theme before announcing Trylora to shoppers. For a direct script installation, follow the verification steps in Install Shopify Generic Embed.

Theme status

In the Trylora Shopify app:
  • Try On Button shows active.
  • Trylora Embed shows active.
  • The storefront toggle is on.
  • The subscription is active.
If you changed themes, select Refresh status. Theme components do not automatically transfer to a newly published theme.

Storefront test

1

Open a product page

Use a product with a clear garment image. Test the published storefront rather than Theme Editor preview alone.
2

Confirm the Try On Button

Verify that one button appears in the intended product section. If two appear, check for a duplicate app block or a manually installed Generic Embed.
3

Complete a try-on

Open Trylora, upload an eligible customer photo, and wait for the new image result to become ready.
4

Check product media

Confirm that the generated result used the intended product or variant image. If it did not, review Settings → Product images in the Trylora Shopify app.
5

Check mobile behavior

Repeat the entry flow on a mobile viewport. Confirm that the button remains usable and the Trylora panel opens without covering an unrelated store control.

Analytics test

If the Shopify GA4 connection is configured and enabled, a new image result should appear in GA4 as trylora_tryon_succeeded; a new video result should appear as trylora_animation_succeeded. Follow Connect your Shopify GA4 property to configure delivery.
Trylora emits each event once per new result and does not replay results that were already ready when the widget loaded.
